I would like to let you know how pleased my wife
and I have been with our Energy King, wood- furnace.
This is our third heating season using our new furnace
which replaced an old Bullard wood stove, located in our basement. In
addition The Stovery also made modifications to our chimney system.
We put an addition on our house two years ago; it
is now just over 3000 sq ft. We were using between 12 and 15 cords of wood
before the addition. With the new Energy King furnace our usage has stayed
the same with the additional 1000 sq ft of living space.
I would like to thank the people at The Stovery,
for their help and professionalism in providing a product and service that
performs as advertised. This is the third wood burning product, and one gas
stove that we have purchased over the years from The Stovery.

Four years ago this
month my wife and I bought a log cabin here in the North Country. It didn’t
have a furnace, and we didn’t plan to install one. Since we planned to heat
exclusively by woodstove, we wanted the best. After listening to our needs,
the folks at The Stovery walked us through a variety of stove options and
recommended our Regency I3100 Fireplace Insert. The installers arrived as
scheduled and were meticulous about keeping our place clean while installing
the unit just as we wanted, then took time to explain its operation and how
to take care of it, especially the break-in curing firings. When we needed
to replace a couple of baffles (my fault, not the manufacturer’s), a Stovery
employee delivered them to our doorstep on a Saturday to save us the drive
to pick it up! Our stove has provided us carefree service and the warmth
only a woodstove can produce, and we are confident it will continue to do so
for many years to come. Our experience with Rich, Donna and the whole
Stovery crew has been nothing if not exceptional, and we whole-heartedly
recommend you check them out for your fireplace needs.

I just had to go out
of my way a bit to let you know how much your help meant to me yesterday.
Before I called The
Stovery, I contacted two other dealers because they were quite a bit closer
to me. So far I’ve waited 6 days to hear back from the first dealer and
three days to hear from the second dealer about price and availability of a
spare part for my Vermont Castings Wood Stove. I still haven’t heard a word!
It took you all of 5
minutes to get back to me. Unbelievable attention to my problem. Thank you
very much, Donna. I immediately placed my order with you. In the future you
will be the only dealer I contact. You may be a far piece down the road from
me but it is a pretty trip and service like that needs to be rewarded. I’m a
